Comixense is a comics quarterly aimed primarily at teenagers and young adults, launched in April 2021 with Orijit Sen as Chief Editor. The magazine touches upon all aspects of life that young people in India encounter today – presented in a manner that credits their intelligence, imagination, and empathy. This one-of-a-kind Indian magazine is giving kids a break from digital life – introducing an immersive reading experience rooted in contemporary life, culture, history, and politics. Comixense wants to make young people fall in love with the print medium again.

At another level, Orijit Sen believes that while countries like Japan and France have long-standing cultures of manga and bandes dessinées, the comics scene in India needs to have many more artists and writers who know and understand the medium. He sees Comixense as a platform that will also encourage new writers and artists to work with comics.
